Organize cultural meetings to exchange views on various developments in around to educate on cultural heritage of our country .Ten day intensive cultural sessions are organized every year in April with participation of more than three hundred children. This is followed by three day cultural seminars and meetings attended by eminent scholars and public figures for the benefit of general public.

Bright students from poor families are selected and provided financial assistance every year. More than ten students avail the benefit every year.
Medical
Besides organizing classes on health education this organization is conducting free medical camps every year with the help of leading hospitals like Lifeline hospital Adoor, S.H.Mount Hospital Kottayam, S.J.M. Hospital Kangazha. Distribution of free medicines, Free cataract operation for eyes and lab checking also arranged. Three hundred to four hundred rural populations are availing benefit every year.
Balika Sadanam
Parasakthi Balika sadanam named after the Mother Supremo is a home for destitute and deprived girl children. It is situated in a typical Central Travancore village which boasts of a great tradition and cultural heritage. True to its association with Budha legend Budhanoor is a home for many God fearing and peace loving souls always in the forefront for philanthropic activities. Balika Sadanam is situated in Budhanoor Village, Chengannur Taluk,Alappuzha District in Kerala.
Parasakthi Pain & Palliative Care
Parasakthi Pain & Palliative Care is extending palliative care services including home nursing care to critical illness patients belong to very poor families who are struggling to manage their treatment and cost of medicines. At present we are looking after more than 500 patients in and around Budhanoor Village. Our service area includes Budhanoor Panchayath, Pandanad Panchayath, Puliyoor and Cheriyanad Panchayaths of Alapuzha District.

We are keeping a register of volunteers for blood donation identifying blood group. Our facility had been utilized by many.
Ambulance Support
The society is at present having a medium sized ambulance with oxygen support and emergency medicine. This mobile unit is assisted by qualified and experienced nurses and care takers. A tie up arrangement is available for doctor on call.This ambulance is a CSR initiative of Federal Bank.

Delivery Van
The unit is having a delivery vehicle (Maruti Omni Van) with basic amenities to supply essential materials such as wheel chairs, walkers, food and clothing to the needy patients.
Para Medical Team
The Society is having an elected committee consisting qualified nurses and volunteers to serve the patients. A Mathrusamithi consisting of retired women employees worked in various government and non-governmental sectors are extending their service free of cost.
